The Chillicothe League's tradition of a holiday party auction goes back decades. Members are encouraged to bring useful things no longer needed to be sold for fun among friends with proceeds going to the League's general fund. Some members bring things made just for the auction, such as crafts or gift baskets. The items are usually not terribly expensive, but some valuable items have been sold as well. The idea of the auction is to have fun, rather than make lots of money, and it typically brings in between $200 and $300.

• home décor 

• jewelry

• unique and interesting finds

• handmade crafts

• collectibles
